Press Pack
Brief Description/Aims of the Group:
The 'Press Pack' is one of the newest groups and has evolved from the existing newsletter editorial team.
The 'Press Pack' are tasked with promoting the work of young people, the positive image of young people and the work of Investing in Children.
The Group have now drawn up an action plan which includes roles within the group and the various media the group intends to use to get their messages 'out there' these include facebook, our website, our newsletter and hopefully twitter and you-tube, as well as Durhams' learning gateway.
The Newsletter.... the current copy can be found on this site! Why not take a look and find out what young people across County Durham and beyond have been up to and what they have to say.
This group is made up of the newsletter editor and deputy editor as well as a number of other media and journalism related roles. The group would be happy to have new members join.... so if you're interested why not get in touch, we are currently looking for new members with fresh ideas as well as people who might be interesting in writing articles!
Location of work:
Meetings are flexible and the group decides when and where they next need to meet, they are also responsible for managing their own budget.

The group are currently working on developing a 'links' page so that young people across county Durham can find useful websites all in one place, they are also developing and promoting our social media page on Facebook and our You Tube presence.
