Brief Description/Aims of the Group:
This group was asked to find out what other children and young people think of the County Council’s reception and customer services, as well as the County Council’s websites.
Location of work: County Durham
Meeting Times and Dates: This project has now ended and the work undertaken by the young people can be viewed in the report below.

Young People from across County Durham participated in giving their views. The County Council is now thinking about how to improve:
